Practice mindfulness
Well, to manage your priorities in life smoothly, all you have to do is to practice mindfulness. How to do it is the question? For that you will have to look for the "calm zones" within yourself. It can be a walk which you can take with your little one or some soothing music which can instill a sense of calmness in you. Once you find the calm zones, it will reduce anxiety and stress from your life.

Live in your present
Dwelling on the past or focusing on the future can make you lose sight of your present life. This can make your life quickly pass you by without enjoyment of the present. If you find yourself focusing too much on past events or things which you can’t control, or worrying about the future, you miss out the present joys of life.

Silence is golden
When the brain is idle and disengaged from external influences, we can finally tap into your inner stream of ideas, memories and emotions. Engaging with ourselves helps us to make meaning out of our experiences, empathize with others, be more creative and reflect on our own mental and emotional states. It leads us to a happy state where we deal with the challenges effectively. After practicing meaningful silence, the world seems more vibrant than before, because when we close the avenue from where much of our energy escapes, it is channeled again to the other senses thus energizing our mind.

Count your breaths
The idea is to do breathing in and breathing out exercises and get the concentration. Deep breathing in and breathing out rhythmically while you pay attention to the rhythms of your breaths make your mind calm and clutter-free. Everything is possible for a mind which is open and free to receive. Parenting will be easier if we are prepared with mental strength to plunge into any challenges in the nick of time.
